      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and develop strategic goals and initiatives to enhance program operations
      - Provide data-based strategic direction to address security-related business issues
      - Apply organizational change management strategies to enable adoption of CyberSecurity priorities
      - Influence departmental strategy and decision-making
      - Work independently on complex technical projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of technical experience
      - Proficient in OCM frameworks and developing communications
      - 3 or more years of OCM experience
      - Passion for improving workforce and consumer experiences
      - Strong analytical, influencing, and strategic communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prosci or other industry leading OCM certification
      - Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
