Job Description

- Lead and manage project plan
- Strong project management skills
- Certification(s) required PROSCI, Change Guide or LaMarch
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Provide day-to-day technical supervision, high level support in multiple locations
- Proven problem solving and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization.
- Manage and Support Teams in integrating change management and training activities into their project plans
- Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and leaders as they help their direct reports through transitions
- Implement the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Framework to manage the people side of change caused by change and transition
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans- including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan
- Coordinate, conduct, and measure training deployment and competencies
- Develop Training/supporting materials and delivery OCM training to the organization ; both formal and informal learning events
- Execute Change Management while supporting Change Management practices

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Top 3 skills: Change Management Frameworks (ex: Prosci), Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, AI OCM experience a plus!
Soft Skills Needed : Leadership, Problem-Solving, Adaptability
Team details ie. size, dynamics, locations: larger program, they will work directly with the lead -they will be more of a support function, still providing a lot of leadership. Program is large in nature, there are 15 different teams that they will be working with.
