      Req#: 11458
      The Performance Analyst supports the pillars of the Commission's performance and accountability framework, business process improvement, strategy development, and execution. This role is responsible for driving the use of data in decision-making and working with client WSSC Water offices to deliver on service level targets, programs, projects, and initiatives effectively and efficiently.

      The Performance Analyst is responsible for providing planning and research support to the Performance & Accountability Office. The Analyst will monitor, analyze, create reports, and submit timely and accurate data to support strategic priorities, policy development and operational decision-making. A focus of this position is to provide in-depth analytical and statistical proficiency, summarize and present results, and take corrective action as necessary to ensure accurate data. The Performance Analyst will work with large complex data sets, including exporting/importing from various sources, cleaning data files, and maintaining historical records.
