      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Handle on-demand phone interpreting sessions between Oromo and English speakers
      - Render accurate interpretations, maintaining the integrity of the conversation
      - Speak clearly and professionally in both languages, using proper pronunciation and enunciation
      - Remain calm and professional, even in emergency situations such as 911 calls
      - Follow client instructions and adhere to industry protocols and terminologies

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Fluency in Oromo and English, including cultural dynamics
      - Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
      - Education or work experience in language-related fields preferred
      - Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Ability to adapt to technology enhancements and meet client demands

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Experience in teaching, language assessment, translation, or interpretation
      - Ability to read and write in the requested languages
