What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interface directly with healthcare professionals, staff, and sales representatives to perform surgical planning via phone, emails, and web meetings
- Use CAD software to manipulate 3D files and combine multiple datasets for surgical planning
- Manage multiple priorities and communicate closely with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain detailed records of each case in accordance with the company's Quality Management System
- View patient CT and MRI studies in DICOM format and identify anatomies of interest
- Perform inspection of 3D printed surgical guides for quality and clinical effectiveness
- Use hand tools to buff, clean, or modify the surgical guides as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in Biomedical, Mechanical, or other relevant technical field
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience collaborating or interacting with medical professionals
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers
