- Req#: R-172271
- Lead refinement and expansion of robust, data-driven marketing plan to engage and activate consumers at critical moments in patient journey
- Build digital retargeting strategy that creates a bridge from unbranded to branded and drives prospects through patient funnel
- Oversee and manage content development and analytics for digital properties
- Work closely with Communications and Media lead to ensure campaign messaging is pulled through digital channels to the right audiences across the journey.
- Pull through digital channel media performance learnings to improve digital creative/strategies
- Champion continuous improvement with our branded/unbranded digital media activities and share best practices across the organization
- Be the driver of digital and social innovation and how we use these platforms to build first party data sets
- Drive integrated planning with PR and Patient Advocacy to deliver business objectives
- Partner with Consumer and Media leads to drive forward new media content sponsorships and linear tentpole activations
- Partner with and manage consumer agencies to hold them accountable to the highest standards of performance
- Lead cross-functional teams to gain alignment with internal and external partners both strategically and tactically. Foster a highly collaborative partnership that challenges conventions and seeks to set a new standard for patient connectivity
- Executive updates: preparing and presenting work and findings on a regular basis
- Manage individual budgets and closely monitor performance, ensuring cost-effective delivery of all programs.
- Domestic travel up to 20%.

What you will do

This position plays a key role in driving this mission by supporting direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing strategy + execution for Otezla® in the U.S. The marketing manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing digital-channel strategies to drive oral systemic consideration (Unbranded), strengthen brand relevance, drive patient acquisition and breakthrough in an increasingly competitive space.

In this position you will collaborate with a wide range of internal and external partners to successfully implement the consumer marketing strategy and digital patient-focused touchpoints. This individual will manage several initiatives across our unbranded and branded campaign including execution in the short term as well as help drive new capabilities that will set the brand up for success in the mid to long term.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
OR
Master’s degree and 2 years of digital marketing, brand marketing, or product marketing experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of digital marketing, brand marketing, or product marketing experience
OR
Associate’s degree and 10 years of digital marketing, brand marketing, or product marketing experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of digital marketing, brand marketing, or product marketing experience

The annual base salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $115,618.00 - $146,149.00.
