What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own top-of-funnel execution and outbound prospecting through relationship building on LinkedIn and email
- Identify and engage with potential leads through personalized communication
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and qualify opportunities
- Maintain ongoing nurture of potential leads through customized outreach and engagement
- Contribute to broader marketing and growth initiatives as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in sales, outbound, or B2B, preferably with startups and small businesses
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong self-management skills in fast-paced environments
- Ability to engage with external stakeholders, including CEOs and business owners
- Proficiency in using technology and tools such as LinkedIn, CRMs, and Google Workspace
