What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain solid product knowledge
- Follow up on leads and referrals, and actively pursue self-generating leads
- Participate in marketing events and anticipate marketing opportunities
- Identify and qualify sales prospects, prepare presentations and sales contracts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years previous sales experience with proven ability to achieve sales quotas
- Basic knowledge of construction and ability to interpret construction drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with modern communication and computing technology
- Interest in arts, design, and helping people
- Excellent driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in residential design, particularly outdoor living structures
- Previous experience in sales
- Knowledge of outdoor living product categories
