- Ensures that all outside areas are kept free of debris to include parking lots, parking garages, and landscaped areas. Changes trash liners and keeps roadways clear of debris.
- Performs outside maintenance and preventative maintenance on parking lots and sidewalks.
- Provides jump-start and tire inflation services for guests and team members.
- Completes snow plowing, salting, and snow removal of property parking areas, sidewalks, and roadways using vehicles and equipment. Driving is an essential function of this job. Employees must adhere to the driving standards determined by the SMSC.
- Weeds flower and plant areas.
- Provides traffic control for special events, including placing and removing signs, cones, and barricades.
- Valid Class D driver’s license is required with a good driving record.
- Outside maintenance and/or landscape experience or a combination to equal two years to include experience with small-engine equipment such as a snow blower or lawn mower.
- Ability to operate a forklift or sidewalk snow removal equipment or must be able to complete training to properly operate within the first 90 days of employment.
- DOT Medical Certification card may be required.
- Ability to work in a wide range of climate temperatures, including excessive heat and/or subzero temperatures.
- Proficiency in maintaining safety while handling potential fumes, chemicals, odors, and/or noise.
- Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations, including on feet 75% of time.
- Capacity to handle and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Ability to move in a variety of motions including bending, squatting, crawling, kneeling, twisting, pulling, and/ or pushing.

Job Overview: Maintains landscaping and the cleanliness of the outside property, including sidewalks, parking facilities, landscaped areas, and roadways. Responsible for winter snow removal and traffic control as needed. Additionally, assists guests and ensures a welcoming environment by routinely walking the property to pick up trash and maintain cleanliness. This role involves providing consistent and reliable support to property operations.
