      Outlet Server- Mountain Creek

      Location: Vernon, NJ Reporting to: F&B Manager

      About Mountain Creek:

      Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants, and lodge.

      How the Outlet Server works with the Team:

      Assist guests with food and beverage selections. Perform credit card transactions to finalize the sale of purchases.

      Team Member Responsibilities:

      • Greet guests in an enthusiastic, professional & timely manner while serving the guests drink and food selections that are consistent with Mountain Creek‘s policies and procedures, & Health Dept. Laws.
      • Consistently set up, maintain, and break down workstations
      • Maintain a clean and safe working area
      • Stock and maintain adequate inventory in designated work station
      • Perform quick and accurate credit card transactions with our guests
      • Complete daily opening and closing checklists
      • Preform end of shift cleaning to standards as directed by management

      Team Member Qualifications:

      • Excellent communication skills
      • Willingness to work as part of a team
      • Must be 18 years of age or older
      • Professional, mature and friendly demeanor
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
