      The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job.       Location: Multiple openings across Monroe and surrounding counties

      Full-Time: 35+ hours per week

      What You’ll Do

      As an OAR, you’ll be the friendly face patients rely on for a seamless experience:

      • Engage with Patients: Greet, register, and schedule appointments while ensuring accurate data entry.
      • Deliver Exceptional Service: Address patient questions and concerns, providing guidance and solutions with empathy.
      • Coordinate Care: Manage missed appointments, cancellations, and arrange interpreters or transportation as needed.
      • Collaborate: Work closely with providers and clinic staff to ensure smooth transitions and workflows.
      • Ensure Accuracy: Keep patient information and clinic schedules up-to-date and error-free.
