      About the Position

      We are looking for an Outpatient Services Program Director to join our team at our two clinic locations in Medford, Oregon! The Outpatient Services Program Director will oversee, develop and maintain program structure, policies and guidelines for the outpatient program by establishing a clear mission and vision for the outpatient program. They will monitor all aspects of the program operations and outpatient services by developing and implementing strategic objectives that strengthen the outpatient services framework. The Outpatient Services Program Director will meet regularly with Clinical Managers and Program Managers to keep up to date on caseload activities, to offer direction with difficult situations and ensure licensure compliance.

      The Outpatient Services Program Director will promote client care consistent with the treatment philosophy and objectives of ColumbiaCare Services. They will also oversee and administer services according to the clinical and cultural needs of the clients we serve and provide direct administrative supervision to the clinic leadership staff. This position will play a key role in CCS' work with the Strategic Healthcare Investment for Transformation (SHIFT) initiative sponsored by CareOregon, which is set to change how our community based, outpatient care is delivered.

      Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)

      What You’ll Make

      $8,333.33 - $11,250 per month DOE/Credentials.

      Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).

      About the Program

      Our Outpatient Program provides assessment and evaluation, treatment plan development, and provides clinically indicated outpatient therapy, case management, skills training, and psychiatric (medication) services. The outpatient clinics encompass our traditional outpatient services (therapy and case management) as well as our Psychiatric Services team, Community Based Programs (to include Intensive Case Management and Supported Employment) and Substance Used Disorder (SUD) modalities. This includes primarily onsite staff, however does also include some telehealth/remote staff for specific positions.

      ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.

      What You’ll Need

      • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Behavioral Science field; plus THREE (3) to FIVE (5) YEARS post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting; AND licensure to practice independently in their field (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist) by the State of Oregon is preferred.
      • OR Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration; plus THREE (3) to FIVE (5) YEARS of experience in behavioral health.
      • THREE (3) YEARS of experience that demonstrates competence in leadership, program planning, fiscal management, supervision of program staff, personnel management, reporting, quality assurance, and developing and coordinating community resources.

      Successful applicants must have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

      This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
