Job Description
- Req#: OUTPA001789
- Provides direct clinical services to individuals, families and, possibly and groups.
- Completes the comprehensive intake evaluation form and progress notes on assigned cases, in the electronic health record for each patient.
- Participates in staff meetings and quality assurance activities.
- Provides on-call coverages for assigned cases. Responds to outreach calls from CFG’s Access Center within 20 minutes and contacts patients outside of typical office hours as needed when patients have emergent situations.
- Maintains confidentiality and professional/ethical standards required by state and federal statutes and by those standards accepted for psychological, counseling and/or social work practice.
- Maintains a therapeutic and safe environment for all patients.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Master’s Degree in psychology, social work or other recognized mental health discipline.
- LAC, LSW, LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in NJ required.
- Involved in continuing education activities to further his/her own professional development and maintain licensure.
- Able to work independently and as a member of a diverse team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
