Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships between Sutter Health and its network of physicians and other providers, while also providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
• The ideal candidate has professional experience with customer service and relationship management and strong business acumen
• You must also demonstrate a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think analytically

Job Description:

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

• Develop and maintain on-going relationships with providers and community partners
• Conduct direct outreach to physicians and patients via phone, in-person meetings, mailings, and other strategies
• Develop and implement outreach plans to promote services, providers overall program

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

• Coordinate and implement outreach efforts
• Lead internal program management efforts. Establish timelines and deliverables as well as report and resolve issues while removing barriers to successful implementation.
• Organize and host community outreach events. Conduct short- and long-term outreach planning aligning Sutter Health dashboards to commercial growth.

OPERATIONS

• Support in the development of practice processes and operations
• Implement and manage the department open enrollment and event budgets
• Develop and set team metrics to ensure operational efficiencies, optimized productivity, client satisfaction, and employee proficiency.
  
  EDUCATION:
  Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
  
  Bachelor's: Business, Communications, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field
  
  
  TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

8 years recent relevant experience


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Advanced knowledge of healthcare industry and operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Sutter Health as well as external organizations.

Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.

Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Make presentations to persuade others to accept a specific opinion or action, or to provide information and instruction.

Demonstrated ability to encourage individuals either in a one-to-one or small group situation to establish rapport and gain trust or to listen perceptively and convey awareness.

Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams committed to carrying out initiatives in environments that may be resistant to change.

Focus on customer service that informs all actions and decisions.

Maintain a positive relationship with the community and professionals while representing a large healthcare organization.

Pay Range is $66.99 to $100.49 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
