  Our Entry-Level Sales Representative program is crafted to develop your sales skills in the industry of in-home sales. No prior experience? No problem! We provide paid training and continuous support—just bring your hunger to grow and people skills. Previous experience in customer service, inside or outside sales, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.

  This position covers territories within the following counties near you:

  What You’ll Do as a Roofing Entry-Level Sales Rep:

  • Identify homes in need of roofing of a consultation

  • Generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in residential roofing solutions

  • Schedule roofing consultations for prospective customers

  • Serve as a roofing consultant, providing valuable product knowledge to qualifying homeowners

  • Develop your sales aptitude with homeowners to eventually sell the roof itself as your career progresses

  • Represent Trinity’s Roofing Division with professionalism and integrity

  • Meet and/or exceed lead generation performance minimums

  What You’ll Bring:

  • A self-driven, highly motivated attitude

  • A proven record of achieving goals

  • A reliable mode of transportation

  • A cell phone with data and internet access

  • Age 18 or older

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

  • Some opportunities may require a clean DMV record

  • Earnings Potential: Pay starting at $4000 first month (paid training), while having the ability to earn uncapped commissions after completing training!
