What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Inspect, estimate, negotiate, and evaluate 1st and 3rd party auto physical damage claims
- Determine physical claim value using company resources and estimating software
- Partner with Claim Professionals to ensure appropriate claim resolution
- Negotiate claim settlements with customers and repair facilities
- Review coverage, apply policy conditions, and manage the repair process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Degree or GED with a minimum of one year auto appraisal experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong technical background in auto repair and claim operations
- Proficiency in Windows applications, including Excel and Word
- Ability to participate in Auto Catastrophe response and travel as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates Degree, Bachelors Degree, or Technical School Degree
- State appraiser and claim handling licenses
- Two years of auto appraisal experience
- Strong mathematical and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ownership attitude and customer-centric response
