      At Precision Valley Communications as a Outside Plant Construction Project Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating underground construction (Trenching, Boring, Manhole/Vault/Pedestal placement) activities. This role will serve as a key liaison between field teams, subcontractors, customer and town/city stakeholders.

      What you’ll do as a Outside Plant Underground Construction Project Coordinator

      • Develop job cost estimates, monitor costs, evaluates change orders and controls the cost of work in
        progress to budget
      • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to adhere to project timelines; apply problem-solving skills to
        address delays and obstacles
      • Coordinate all phases of construction projects including pre-construction meetings, site surveys, permit and license applications, make-ready, design and documentation, material procurement, contract labor requirements, and plant activation
      • Monitors project/job intake portals, update job and task status
      • Communicates regularly with Project Managers and to review job funnels, schedules, and tasks
      • Demonstrates safe operation and care of company vehicles. Ensures compliance with safety standards, participates in regular employer facilitated safety meetings
      • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance with occasional night work and weekend work to support maintenance and repair activity
      • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned



      What you’ll need

      • To be 18 years of age or older
      • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
      • 2–4 years of relevant experience with Underground OSP construction or telecommunications project coordination
      • Strong understanding of CATV/POTS strand/conduit maps/plats
      • Working knowledge of the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) and Telcordia Blue Book construction standards
      • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams



      $30-$35/hr.
