Responsibilities

•Lead generation
•Set appointments
•Close appointments
•Database and CRM Mastery
•Close sales
•Sales scripts mastery
•Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
•An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients
•Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions
•Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
•Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
Qualifications
•A real estate license is required
•Commission opportunity

•Sales experience
•Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills
•Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
•You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills
