What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary representative for the employer in the Austin interior design market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and interior designers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Stay informed about design trends and product offerings to effectively advise clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the design or related industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales goals
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the interior design or home decor industry
- Familiarity with design software or tools
- Established network within the interior design community
- Ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively
