What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maximize Ground Protection market share within assigned territory
- Perform and lead sales efforts while managing local Profit Center operations
- Ensure safe, efficient, and superior customer experiences through application of company policies
- Utilize cold-calling and closing skills to expand existing customer portfolio
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree in a related field with at least 1 year of related experience, or 3-4 years of related sales experience
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment
- Bilingual (Spanish) may be preferred in some locations
