- Work with the group owner to develop and execute sales plans
- Call on existing store wholesale customers to maintain and grow current relationships and sales penetration
- Promote the full line of NAPA products and programs to existing customers
- Develop new customer relationships with wholesale customers through prospecting and cold calling
- Keep informed of new NAPA products and sales promotions by working with the NAPA product sales teams
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.
- File and keep records of required paperwork, including warranty labor claims, and consignment inventory

Today, there are more than 6,000 NAPA Auto Parts stores. About 1,000 of them are corporately owned, and Genuine Parts Company is the employer for these locations. There are about 5,000 independently owned and operated NAPA Auto Parts stores where individual store owners are the employer. This position is through an independently operated store group owned by Space Coast Auto Supply, Inc.
Job Description
We are committed to growing our sales and dominating the market in the areas where we have stores. We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic and hard-working Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team.
As an Outside Sales Representative your primary focus is on engaging with customers as the face of NAPA throughout the day and building long term relationships with those customers. We are looking for a person who enjoys customer service in a fast paced, competitive environment.
