This position is through an independently owned and operated NAPA Auto Parts Store where the individual store owner is your employer.
Job Description
We are driven to have the best people on our team to get the right parts to the right place at the right time. We are looking for a special talent that can expand sales to all distribution levels for an assigned sales territory and NAPA Product Lines including our very successful NAPA AutoCare Centers.
As a member of our team, you will deliver exceptional customer service through direct contact with our Wholesale and Retail customers, therefore a neat appearance and the ability to establish and maintain good relations is extremely important with customers by providing courteous, professional service. You will ensure customer sales and service needs are met, maintaining, building and expanding accounts and relations, developing new customer relationships through prospecting and cold calling.

Qualifications
Must have valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record and the ability to maintain it. Reliable transportation • Sales Experience is a plus • Knowledge of replacement parts for the aftermarket repair industry by working the automotive industry or having gained your experience tinkering with vehicles through the years • Be comfortable with computers and catalogs, good with numbers and be able to work independently • Must enjoy meeting new people, ability to turn a phone lead into a meeting and presentation, superior customer service skills, effective communication skills, be a team player, and enjoy networking • Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance • High energy/Ability to multitask
This position requires sitting, standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, climbing and ascending/descending stairs. Requires sitting for relatively long periods of time, while driving. It also requires frequent bending, climbing, movement and lifting of up to 50 pounds. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold, extreme heat and occasional inclement driving conditions.
