What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve sales and gross profit objectives set by the Sales Manager
- Establish and maintain lasting relationships with customers across various industries
- Travel extensively to meet customer needs and call on established accounts
- Qualify new accounts while providing excellent customer service
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist in the shop as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a good MVR
- Ability to obtain a CDL B
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Direct experience selling trucks or industry-related knowledge is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Mechanical skills and troubleshooting experience
- Successful track record of developing relationships and closing sales
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn
