What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process various accounting transactions such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, etc.
- Record cash disbursements and receipts
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations
- Utilize accounting tools such as Bill.com, Tallie, Expensify, etc.
- Interface with clients for day-to-day accounting cycle and prioritize customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 1-3 years or more experience in public accounting or private industry
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks, Sage Intacct preferred
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with nonprofit organizations
- Prior CPA firm experience
