What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support through an email ticketing system for approximately 60 staff members
- Collaborate with full-time IT staff on various IT-related projects
- Independently troubleshoot computer software and hardware issues
- Close technical support tickets in a timely manner
- Assist with the installation and movement of computers and equipment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a current college student
- Ability to perform troubleshooting on computer software and hardware
- Excellent customer service skills: courteous, respectful, and responsive communication
- Strong ability to balance work responsibilities with academic commitments
- Capability to lift 20 lbs and perform tasks on the ground for equipment installation/moving
