      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS, and Chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with the organization's service standards
      - Receive and/or place telephone calls, following standard screens, scripts, and procedures
      - Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints, and direct to technical/service areas when necessary
      - Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company's/assigned client's products and services
      - Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments

      - A Team Player: Willing to work closely with a tight-knit team to meet customer expectations

      - Bilingual: Able to service customers in both French and English
