What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems through various channels
- Utilize computerized systems to respond and troubleshoot customer questions
- Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues
- Maintain a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection if working remotely
- Utilize provided equipment and training resources to deliver excellent service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience working third shift is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Must pass credit screening for certain roles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish
- Previous experience in a third shift role
