- Clean all public areas indoors and out, on all floors, including garage and driveway
- Work with others where needed
- Demonstrate proper bending and lifting techniques to ensure their health and safety as well as others around them
- Respond to calls for spill clean up
- Respond to calls for trash removal
- Respond to calls for cleaning or straightening of public or back-of-house areas
- Clean back-of-house areas, such as offices, hallways, and restrooms, but not limited to these areas
- Follow all safety procedures
- Keep work environment clean and organized
- Pay special attention to detail
- Proactively resolve or report issues on property
- Make periodic rounds of the property, inside and outside, to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all spaces
- Assure that we exceed guest expectations by being responsive, engaged, and following-through on all requests
- Maintain on-going communication with all team members
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and complaints and maintain favorable guest and employee relations
- Protect company assets by establishing and ensuring adherence to security standards
- Strive to deliver exceptional products and service
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Columbia Hospitality values and mission
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques/chemical applications a plus.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced role
