      Job Description
      • Provide companionship care: meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, activity engagement, transportation, medication reminding
      • Occasional personal assistance may be required: dressing, shower assist, etc.
      • Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
      • Advocate for our client's health and well-being

      Requirements
      • Must be a reliable, initiative-taking, rapport-building, continually developing, compassionate individual - consistent with our corporate core values
      • Must have some experience as a caregiver in a personal or professional home care setting or skilled facility
      • Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as drug screening tests
      • Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the care team
      • Must be able to provide verification of any certifications held
