What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review account activity for signs of fraudulent use of credit cards
- Block accounts and initiate outbound calls if fraud is suspected
- Handle inbound calls from cardholders reporting fraud or initiating disputes
- Address customer inquiries regarding accounts
- Utilize internal systems and resources to serve customers effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-12 months of employment experience
- Bilingual in English and French
- High School Graduate
- Ability to work full-time and on a rotational basis, 24/7, 365
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Contact center or banking/financial services experience
