- Starting Base Pay: $18.00-$19.00 Per Hour
- Night Shift Differential Pay: $1.00 Per Hour

- Serving as a positive influence in the lives of youth through healthy relationship.
- Planning and engaging youth in recreational activities.
- Teaching youth life skills.
- Managing daily routines in the residential cottage.
- Setting clear expectations for youth behavior and administering a positive behavior management system of rewards and consequences.
- Providing supervision and monitoring through positive engagement with youth.
- Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the cottage environment.
- Transporting youth to and from activities and other appointments.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- At least one (1) year of experience working with at-risk children and families or working in a residential setting. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
- At least 21 years of age.
- First Aid and CPR certified or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire (classes available onsite).
- Valid Florida driver’s license with no record of criminal driving offense or license suspension.
- Insurable under CHN’s current auto insurance policy.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must successfully complete and maintain FDLE clearance, Federal background, and state criminal background check and sexual predator screening.
