What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Oversee the quality of deliverables throughout the project's life cycle
- Coordinate with internal resources and build strong relationships with team members and clients
- Conduct inspections as required and write reports
- Responsible for all aspects of services/reports provided, including texts and appendices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction or related fields
- Excellent communication skills, both internal and external
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and deliver quality results on time
- Proficiency in project estimating/proposals, report authoring, and quality assurance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in architecture, construction management, or engineering
- Familiarity with design concepts, construction components, and funding/payment processes in construction projects
