- Facility Management:
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness and upkeep of facilities in the JTI factory.
- Responsible for all day-to-day activities related to workplace management and general services.
- Works closely with relevant departments to ensure that overall cleanliness and upkeep across the factory are maintained with high standards and follow best industry practices.
- Works closely and in constant coordination with JTI AMC's Engineering and Building Facilities Team to ensure that all technical issues under the GSFM scope are monitored and addressed.
- Develop strategies related to facilities and general services to improve and simplify processes continuously.
- General Services administration:
Responsible for administration and management of the following services in order to deliver quality employee support services and in accordance with JTI Compliance, Policies and Procedures:- Office Management
- Employee Transportation
- Uniforms and IDs
- Lockers
- Postage/ Mailroom
- Canteen
- Company vehicles
- Inventory and Records Management:
- Responsible for the inventory and records management of office consumables and office assets.
- Responsible for the creation and monitoring of all PRs and POs related to the general services function.
- Contractor Management:
Responsible for management of the 3rd party general services contractors and monitoring their performance. -
People management:
Recruit, motivate, and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent. -
Other:
Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager’s request. - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- 5-10 years experience in workplace management, budget management, fleet and general administrative services.
- Fluent in oral and written English
