- Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is preferred.
- Leadership: Acts as a business owner with great sense of urgency and focus on priorities; Operates with Discipline; Demonstrates ownership and accountability; A "can do" attitude is a must; Is able to influence and make data-based timely decisions, and manages escalations effectively; Is able to put order in complexity and gives attention to details.
- Technical expertise: Unafraid to learn the RTA (Realtime Artwork) system and become a single point expert. Understand the Business Unit structure (category, brands, product line-up, language clusters) and brand hierarchy; Understands brand equity guidelines and process; Willing to become the Single Point Accountable expert in Artwork, Copy and their components and respective accountable functions. Is knowledgeable of the Artwork process and linkage to other key processes and interfaces (downstream impacts).
- Communication: Is collaborative; Leads meetings and communicates effectively to a multi-functional team (both oral and written); Is able to command attention and provide clear directions to others both internally and externally with suppliers.
- Design: Solid understanding the design creative process, design assets, production guidelines, and the importance of visual consistency – in design intent & print quality. Understands the Design Firm and BVE DtP processes.
- Copy: Solid understanding of the artwork copy process, artwork copy components and respective accountable functions in the claim approval process and translation processes.
- Assembly: Solid understanding of the assembly process, internally and at BVE.
- Overall understanding of BU structure (category, brands, product line-up, language clusters), brand equity and hierarchy.

The P&G Professional Artwork Leader has responsibility for the effectiveness and results of the artwork execution process. Accountability may include any combination of Platform, Brand, or Category projects. Ensures that people involved in the artwork process are trained and adhere to the agreed to work process. Has accountability to ensure that the standard global work system (End-to-End artwork process and artwork tools) is used for assigned projects. Owns responsibility within the artwork systems support model to resolve issues and deploy new functionality to others. The role also owns direction setting on daily operations for the Artwork Agencies. Manages from medium to high level of complexity, projects and Artwork Files on annual basis and has leadership responsibilities for regional tasks. Responsible for documenting procedures and training materials used by others and leads artwork reviews with other functions, higher level management and supplier hierarchy to build capability to support the business.

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $61,500 – $85,300
