      The Role

      As P&O Cruises Guest Experience Planning Director who will support with planning for all Guest Experience related activities across the brand, which will include developing the strategic plan, and ensure effective cross departmental planning is in place to allow for execution of this strategy.

      You will:

      • Support to ensure our strategic goals are prioritised, managed and measured
      • Responsible for the formulation and management of project/activities portfolio
      • Ensuring effective governance, forums and processes are in place associated with any Guest Proposition Development
      • Business lead who will in collaboration with appointed agency on the P&O Cruises Customer Experience/Journey mapping and design project
      • Design, launch and embed a competitor bench-marking programme for P&O Cruises

      Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK05 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, including up to two days from home.
