- A Certified Construction Engineering Technician with 5 years management experience relating to facilities management in a contracted setting
- The following would be considered an asset:
- Registration with relevant health or professional discipline/college or association
- Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP)
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred
- Permanent, full-time position; 75 hours bi-weekly (1950 hours annually)

About the Opportunity
The P3 Facilities Management Contract Manager is responsible for:
Representing FMS for the assigned portfolio of location (s); implement standards, evaluation criteria and contractual terms related to the facility management for Public-Private Partnerships (P3) projects built under Design-Build-Finance- Maintain (DBFM) and other related models. The Manager will also fulfil the role as main FMS liaison with other redevelopment major capital projects as requested. Provide expert support to the Project Delivery teams during the transaction, construction, and commissioning phases of new P3 developments.
Administering the payment mechanism process and assist in the processing of Project Co. monthly service payments for all assigned P3 projects during the concession period, review and analyze contemplated service level or service delivery changes/variations, evaluate their impact on clients’ operations and performance levels, and provide recommendations to FMS, provincial government, and clinical services management (as applicable) to those changes being implemented, reviews and approves (as per delegated authority) requests and price proposals for minor works and miscellaneous occupant requests which have the potential to impact the facility, ensuring alignment with clinical needs and minimal impact to operations, and audits and monitors variations to ensure work is completed within scope and within approved budget.About You

Compensation and Incentives
$45.18 - $56.47 Hourly
Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
Successful candidates may also be eligible for a signing bonus and relocation assistance with a defined Return of Service contract.
