- Greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly.
- Responsible for all incoming calls of the therapy department and direct callers to the appropriate party.
- Ensures that all calls are answered and returned in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Monitor and manage inventory of durable medical equipment and office supplies; Order and distribute office supplies as necessary.
- Assists in all data entry for the therapy department.
- Establishes good rapport with participants, families, and visitors, respecting participants’ rights to privacy and confidentiality of information
- Any and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role

Position Summary
The PACE Therapy Office Assistant is responsible for daily operations of the therapy office including taking calls, scheduling appointments, manage equipment inventory, and data entry with the established methods and procedures of the therapy clinic.
