- Inspect boxes for quality to ensure they are not damaged or cracked.
- Perform labeling and ticketing of packages.

- Experience as a Packaging Operator or Packaging Machine Operator.
- General labor experience.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ability to complete documentation and documentation review.
- Experience with labeling and quality assurance.
- High School Diploma.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Job Title: Packager
Job Description
As a Packager, you will be responsible for packaging bottles into boxes, ensuring the quality of boxes to prevent damage or cracks, labeling and ticketing packages, and completing product sampling off the line. You will also be responsible for loading finished packaged products onto carts, weighing packages, and documenting throughout your shift by completing work orders. This role requires the ability to perform lifting tasks up to 20lbs.

The company offers various shift possibilities: Days and Afternoon rotating monthly (Day shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, Afternoon shift: 3:20pm-11:20pm), Straight Nights (Night shift: 11:10pm-7:10am), and Weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday 7am-7pm, working 36 hours but paid for 40). The company culture emphasizes growth, learning, and employee input, with boards available for employees to voice ideas or acknowledge team members.
