Job Description
- Req#: 51430
- Prepare all products for packaging (cutting/ peeling)
- Prep all equipment for production
- Report any defective product to line leaders
- Report any defective machinery to line leaders and maintenance
- Wipe Condensation as needed
- Know and follow all Johnsonville safety protocols.
- Utilize Redzone to perform business needs.
- Actively Participate in equipment owner activities and other operator reliability tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong math skills are required
- Must be able to complete production, food safety and quality documentation paperwork accurately
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to maintain all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs
- Must be able to actively participate in a team environment
- Basic computer skills needed.
- Ability to Demonstrate Adaptability and flexibility.
- Willing to work in a refrigerated environment (less than 40 degrees)
- Must have the ability to maintain a cooperative and positive attitude on the job
- Ability to pass a pre-employment, post offer drug screen, physical and background check

Hours: 5:40am – 2:30pm, Monday-Friday (Overtime as production demands)
