- Report to supervisor at the start of each shift.
- Be assigned to a specific production line daily.
- Cross-train across various production lines.
- Apply labels, stack and pack boxes, handle scrap parts.
- Fill out work orders based on daily production.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, typically not exceeding 20 lbs.
- Proficiency in English for reading and following instructions.
- Counting skills and familiarity with injection molding machines.
- Experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
- Experience with extrusion or injection molding is beneficial.
Job Title: Packaging Associate
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated packers to join our production team. As a packer, you will work at the end of the production line, meticulously handling products, counting them according to order sheets, and packing them into boxes for shipment. You will begin each shift by reporting to your supervisor and will be assigned to a specific production line for the day. During your initial days, you will receive cross-training across different lines. Responsibilities may include applying labels, stacking and packing boxes, and managing scrap parts. Additionally, you will be required to complete work orders based on each day's production run.

Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom environment where safety glasses are provided and must be worn at all times on the floor. The temperature-controlled facility ensures comfort during your shift. Enjoy paid breaks, including a 15-minute and a 30-minute break.
Choose from 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), or 3rd shift (11pm-7am).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
