Location: Monument, Colorado
Start date: immediate
Please note; its Onsite role in Manufacturing Facility/Plant – no remote work.
Activities to be performed as Packaging Engineer for approximate 310 product Codes;
1. Create First article Inspection paper work based upon the Redlined Change request /Change notification from Windchill( F-S116, associated Redline Bubble drawing)
2. Perform and complete First Article incoming activities of the Instruction For Use (IFU) per the related First Article Documents and samples from the supplier
3. Coordinate the delivery of the First Article paperwork to the suppliers via email
4. Coordinate the completed First article paper work is delivered to the Monument Document Control department
5. Coordinate the communications for the approval of the First Article pass or fail with the project lead and Jabil Purchasing
6. Coordinate the communication of down rev IFUs & completing F-S129 inventory scrapping activities
7. Keep status of First articles created and completed
8. Communicate the status of pending and completed First Article Inspections IFUS with the Jabil Purchasing department / and Project lead
9. Updated PFMEA/FMEA
10.Updated Process Specification
11.Updated "Quality form”
12.Mfg. Control Plan
