- Weekly Rotating Shift: Monday to Friday (Week One 6.00am – 2.00pm then Week Two 10.00pm-6.00am, and then Week Three 2.00pm-10.00pm, rotating weekly).
- Paid overtime possible on Saturdays and before/after shift.
- Operating high speed FMCG manufacturing machinery - including machine set up, changeovers, troubleshooting and cleaning.
- Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistent production quality.
- Ensure production records are completed accurately and on time.
- Accurately completing and recording quality checks.
- Cleaning production areas and equipment.
- Following all hygiene, health and safety, and food safety requirements.
- Experience in food/FMCG production/manufacturing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment safety, effectively and productively.
- Be physically fit and be able to repetitively perform manual handling duties (10kgs- 25kgs.).
- Show commitment, reliability, punctuality, and initiative, demonstrate excellent work ethic, self-motivation, and be willing to go the extra mile.
- Confidence in using technology.

We're looking for people to join us in permanent Packaging Operator roles on the following shifts based at our Waitemata Brewery in Otahuhu:
This role is an ideal role for someone who has completed trade training/apprenticeship, engineering degree, or has 3+ years relevant experience in FMCG production or beverage packaging.
Training will be provided, and the team will work with you to provide the practical experience you need to go far within our business. But you need to be prepared to learn, work hard, and get up to speed quickly. We want the right people with the right attitude for our team. You'll join a committed, busy team who operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment to carry out production tasks, basic mechanical work, lab testing, and get involved in continuous improvement initiatives.
