Job Description

- Ensure safety and operational policies and procedures are followed and investigate all accidents
- Ensures quality assurance and oversees escalation procedures
- Manage and motivate performance targets, including safety, quality, and cost initiative
- Participate in the development and support measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality
- Manage and review performance, training & development, coaching, development, and hire/termination decisions; complete necessary documentation
- Provides input to setting longer-term strategic direction and shorter-term plans
- Participate in budget development, budget monitoring, development of and department initiatives
- 2-4 years manufacturing experience, some college highly desirable
- Some leadership experience, a plus
- Experience in the operation of NBB packaging process, a plus
- Strong skills in basic math, documentation and writing
- Good analytical thinking skills - Six Sigma Green Belt desirable
- Solid personal computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Ability to plan and manage work and schedules, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure, exercise initiative and judgment
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret procedures, policies and regulations
- Ability to work the day or night shift, as required
Packaging Supervisor
This is an entry level supervisor position which is responsible for a team of co-workers in the packaging areas, which may include bottling, and/or kegging and canning.
2 Open Positions:
One position supervises the Tuesdays - Saturday 10:00AM - 6:00PM Shift.
One position supervises the Sunday - Thursday 7:00AM - 3:00PM Shift

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.
Starting Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $64,000.00
