      Job Title:Packaging Technician

      Location:Allentown, PA

      Job Summary:

      We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Packaging Technician. This role involves ensuring the accurate and efficient packaging of products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Operate packaging machinery and equipment to package products according to specifications.
      • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of packaging equipment.
      • Monitor packaging processes to ensure quality standards are met.
      • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
      • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
      • Handle and label products with care and precision.
      • Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

      Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Previous experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment is preferred.
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Good communication and organizational skills.
      • Basic computer skills are a plus.

      Physical Requirements:

      • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
      • Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
      • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
