Packer / General Laborer
Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hr (weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: North Las Vegas, NV 89165
Duration: 3-month temp with long-term potential

Job Summary

Supports daily production operations and ensures compliance with safety and food manufacturing standards. Reports to the Plant Manager and works closely with production and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all OSHA and company safety rules.

• Operate production equipment, including palletizers and forklifts.

• Wrap, label, and stack finished product pallets in warehouse or yard.

• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.

• Supply production lines with bags, pallets, and wrap materials.

• Inspect and manage packaging materials before and after production runs.

• Assist with raw material prep and filling hoppers.

• Hand-stack 40–50 lb. bags as needed.

• Perform equipment checks and report defects or incidents.

• Support inventory counts and truck weight checks.

• Assist with shipping/receiving tasks and enter data in SAP.

• Keep work area clean and organized.

• Communicate with other shifts on any issues or updates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1+ year in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.

• Forklift and heavy equipment experience preferred.

• Basic computer skills; SAP and Microsoft Office a plus.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Must be flexible and safety-focused.
