- Promote and improve Health, Safety, and Quality culture through hands-on approaches
- Deliver training to ensure adherence to plant programs, policies, and procedures
- Promote a culture of learning and self-improvement
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in their implementation
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and integrate lessons into training materials
- Conduct training for Quality Systems and Food Safety Management
- Coordinate compliance training, develop materials, and maintain accurate training records
- Verifiable qualification or relevant experience in training delivery
- Strong organisational, people and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work on a variety of unconnected projects with a result focus orientation
- A logical thinker with good problem-solving skills
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Products and other computer systems
- Experience in the creation and updating of task-related documentation

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, planning and delivery of the plant training programs, to ensure the business achieves its compliance training requirements.
