  Embark on a journey with McCain Foods as a Packing Trainer, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping our plant training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, planning and delivery of the plant training programs, to ensure the business achieves its compliance training requirements.

  About the role

  • Promote and improve Health, Safety, and Quality culture through hands-on approaches
  • Deliver training to ensure adherence to plant programs, policies, and procedures
  • Promote a culture of learning and self-improvement
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in their implementation
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and integrate lessons into training materials
  • Conduct training for Quality Systems and Food Safety Management
  • Coordinate compliance training, develop materials, and maintain accurate training records

  About You

  • Verifiable qualification or relevant experience in training delivery
  • Strong organisational, people and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work on a variety of unconnected projects with a result focus orientation
  • A logical thinker with good problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Products and other computer systems
  • Experience in the creation and updating of task-related documentation
