      Envision Radiology is looking to add a full-time PACS Analyst to our team!
      |Pay Rate Range: $79,850 - $99,800 | Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (open to flex 1 hour on either side of shift) |
      This role is located onsite in Colorado Springs, Colorado

      Summary/Objective

      The PACS Analyst plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of imaging systems, focusing on the reliability, accuracy, and efficiency of image workflows. This role ensures successful image acquisition, routing, validation, and quality control across systems such as PACS, VNA, image routing, AI tools, image post-processing, voice recognition, modalities, and reading platforms.

      Essential Functions

      1. Reviews and corrects imaging errors reported by technologists, radiologists or clinically trained staff, such as wrong patient scans, misfiled or poor-quality images, and incorrect measurements or annotations.

      2. Oversees installation and replacement of imaging and clinical devices, coordinating with teams and vendors to ensure smooth deployment and workflow integration.

      3. Assists with user access, technical troubleshooting, and workflow issue resolution related to PACS, VNA, voice recognition, AI tools, post-processing systems, imaging modalities, clinical devices and systems escalating more complex issues appropriately.

      4. Collaborates closely with imaging technologists, radiologists, and IT team members to support consistent and reliable clinical operations; contributes to cross-functional problem solving and workflow improvement efforts.

      5. Supports image routing rules, auto-routing logic, and archiving workflows to improve imaging efficiency, reduce delays, and ensure accurate distribution to health system and reading group partners.

      6. Works with leadership and PACS Administrators to support planning and implementation activities for new imaging center builds, acquisitions, infrastructure changes, and the addition or modification of imaging or clinical data to hospital or reading group partners.

      7. Participates in imaging system projects and maintenance activities by performing installations, upgrades, configuration changes, testing, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation. Assist with validation efforts and ensure continuity of service by maintaining and updating system and application configurations under the direction of senior staff and in coordination with PACS Administrators and vendors.

      8. Documents support tasks and solutions per IT standards and improves support practices by maintaining imaging-related Knowledge Base articles for IT, clinical, and operational staff.

      9. Analyzes support trends and workflow issues, proposing procedural or educational changes as appropriate to reduce recurring issues and improve operational efficiency.

      10. Assists in training and guiding end users, including technologists and operational staff, on the basic use of imaging systems and tools.

      11. Provides input into clinical systems policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements.

      Job Qualifications

      Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

      Four plus years or related experience in a healthcare IT setting

      Familiarity with radiology and imaging specific applications such as speech recognition and PACS

      Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative, with strong problem-solving skills

      Proficient in navigating multiple systems with speed, accuracy and attention to detail

      Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

      Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence

      Committed to consistently delivering high-quality service and exceeding user expectations

      Education/Certification:

      Bachelor’s or associates degree in health information technology, computer science, or related field or equivalent education, training and experience.

      Certified Imaging Informatics Professional certification, preferred.
