The Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practial Nurse (LPN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physician's plan of treatment

The Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
-
Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC
-
Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
-
Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
-
Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
-
A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN/LPN in the state of Rhode Island

Ability to work with multiple patients at once
