- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain and improve standards of care
- Ability to challenge unacceptable behaviour in a clinical context
- Basic computer skills

Job summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Paediatric Staff Nurse to work on our busy Paediatric Emergency Care Centre at Royal Albert Edward Infirmary.
At WWL NHS Foundation Trust we are proud that we care for our people as much as our patients and that's why we'd love you to join us within our Emergency Department providing outstanding care.
We work closely with the ambulance service and specialist teams both within the hospital and in the community to ensure that we provide the right care, at the right time. We have a co-located GP/MIU, making referrals and collaborative case management easy and effective. This is proving to be highly successful.
We offer flexible working patterns on a roster basis which includes a well-balanced combination of days, nights and weekends in order to meet the needs of our patients and ensure we provide a fair and equal working environment for the whole team.
