What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Team up with media channel leads to understand product and promo strategies
- Manage all paid media creative requests from internal and external teams
- Approve final creative assets and ensure they meet brand expectations
- Conduct competitor creative analysis and share findings
- Responsible for invoice & PO management for all paid media spend

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field required
- Digital marketing experience in a fast-paced, multi-channel, retail environment a plus
- Familiarity with display marketing platforms, tactics, & vendors preferred
- Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record of working within a matrixed structure - creative, analytics, & CRM
- Familiarity with social media advertising products
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills
